Class Sizes

This isn't the kind of career you can learn to do by sitting in the back of an 800-person auditorium. In fact, we neither have an auditorium, nor 800 students - in the whole school. Classes in the kitchen always have, at most, an 18:1 ratio of students to teachers and we never have a kitchen class with more than 38 students. Book classes may be larger than that but our instructors always make the time to answer your questions one-on-one.

And, of course, you'll run into students of all ages. Men and women from as many backgrounds as there are ways to prepare an omelette.
