Passion Quarantine

Normally, any website associated with the preparation of food should avoid certain words, but there's no getting around it: our passion is contagious. Infections. Use any unappetizing word you want. It won't douse our fire. Because while some of us have always known we wanted to do this, others of us started out as bankers and chemists. Others still found their way through every path from corporate cutbacks to entrepreneurial spirit. In other words, we're a collection of people with such an undeniable passion for the culinary and hospitality industry, we simply couldn't be kept away.
