Learning to Lead

Christopher Menifield explains that being a student at The Chef's Academy teaches you more than cooking, it teaches you to be a leader in the industry.

The Chef’s Academy Classes and Programs

Move to the Top of the Food Chain

Whether in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts or Hospitality and Restaurant Management, turning a passion for cooking and the restaurant industry into a career isn't much different than cooking itself. You take the raw ingredients, mix them all together in just the right amount - knowing no two dishes are exactly alike - and prepare them to perfection until they're ready to be unveiled and presented to the world.

That's what we do at The Chef's Academy, always aware that each student may require an extra pinch of this or a dash less of that. And in the end, you become your own perfectly prepared individual presentation, ready to take the culinary world by storm.

But perhaps you're looking to discover your inner chef on a more a la carte basis. That's why we offer a wide variety of Community Classes which are open to the public and give you the satisfaction of learning more about whatever gets your juices flowing without the commitment of a full two-year degree.

And if you're just looking for something fun to do that revolves around great food (we know, who isn't?), check out our Calendar of Community Events. Our talented students squaring off in a tailgate cook-off is just one of many events you won't want to miss.
